This place is conveniently located near a shopping center and local attractions, with spacious rooms featuring a bathtub, comfortable bed, and bathroom.

The room I stayed in was brand-new and a good size, with comfy chairs and a bathtub, plus a comfortable bed. the local staff were attentive and knowledgeable. - Its location was convenient, in an excellent area, and in a nice, quiet area.

The friendly service and the best breakfast I have had on holiday and would recommend to others. Also the follow up service when I left my pillow in the apartment this was returned by courier to me in a couple of days much appreciated and thanks

Excellent location close to the town centre, welcoming staff, everything was perfect. Location: the hotel was right by supermarkets and other amenities nearby as well as late maybe number parks. And it's not too far away from Amazing Thai Restaurant, ate there once or twice👍👌

The early morning rubbish trucks at the shopping centre although I do understand that the bins need to be emptied before the shopping centre opens but 7am Sunday morning seems a bit early. I know this isn't your fault but a call to the waste management company might get the pickup time shifted forward an hour or so.

The reception staff member (Dean?) was incredible. We were unsure what touristy stuff to do and he helped us immensely, even up to calling up and booking some of our activities for us. It was relatively cold when we were in Rotorua and our room was always toasty warm with very little of the pervading sulphur smell that the town can have.

The only negative was that the bed was too soft for me.

Our one-night stay in a studio suite was awesome! the room had everything we needed - a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge - ready for us when we arrived. 🌟

The hosts did their very best to accomodate our needs.

We were a bit concerned to find that the Lodge had just changed hands before we arrived, but the new managers couldnt have been more helpful or more welcoming. The room we were allocated was exceptionally claen and the Lodge is very well placed for the sites of Rotorua.

The location was fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from Polynesian Spa.

The friendly service from staff, great location, clean and tidy, room contained everything we needed, highlight would be the private jacuzzi.

The rooms were spotlessly clean. I was impressed with the filter coffee jug and the filter coffee which was replenished each day along with all the other "things".The towels were beautifully white and fluffy and the t.v. worked including Sky Sports channels! Yes I would stay here again and have already recommended this Motel to friends. Also near to Shops and Town Centre.
